Let’s Start…………
Layers
First Step.
Open new document 800*600 (any size you like).
Step Two.
Fill the background by Gradient Tool with this gradient
Step Three.
Use Ellipse Tool and draw something like this
Step Four.
Draw a circle by Ellipse Tool .
then
Layer => Layer Style => Blending Options…
Step Five.
Use Brush Tool and draw a tree (draw it in a new layer) .
then
Layer => Layer Style => Blending Options…
Step Six.
Use Brush Tool and draw some big and small stars .
then merge it into tree layer by clicking (CTRL+E).
Step Seven.
Select Animals Shapes.
then draw some birds and merge then into one layer.
then
Layer => Layer Style => Blending Options…
Result
