I don’t know what to write the pictures shows every thing . It’s very simple no skills needed anyone uses photoshop can do it just follow the pictures .

First read this tip Vectorize Your Text In PhotoShop.

Write your text.

Step Two

Right click on the text layer then Duplicate layer.

Right click on the reflected layer then Blending Options….
